Co-Owner, VP/Alternate Administrator

David graduated from UT Southwestern Medical in Dallas Texas with his Doctorate in physical therapy. David has experience as a physical therapist in the hospital, outpatient, and home health care settings. With his mind set on serving people through rehabilitation of the body after an injury, David began his career in an outpatient orthopedic facility, where he focused the majority of his treatments on using manual techniques to help heal the body. David then transitioned in to home health care to continue providing excellent care to those restricted in their homes.

David started working with Aviator Home Health at the beginning of 2014, first as a lead physical therapist treating patients in their homes. David was then offered the opportunity, at the beginning of 2015, to become a co-owner and alternate administrator for Aviator Home Health. David continues to see patients as needed and will always love being out with the patients, providing hands on care. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife Kristin and two daughters Myla and Clara. David also enjoys the outdoors and staying fit.

Co-Owner/Chief Clinical Officer/Managing Member

Dusty began his journey into the field of physical therapy at the very young age of 16, not by choice, but by destiny. He spent many years as a patient himself, battling back from multiple sport injuries with physical therapy. Despite his valiant attempts, his athletic career ultimately ended due to multiple injuries. He then took his own personal trials and tribulations and used it to fuel his passion in the field of Physical Therapy, Health & Fitness.

In 2005, Dusty graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Physiology/Fitness Management. Same year he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.

In 2007, Dusty graduated with Highest Honors from Tarrant County College with an Associate's of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He then began his career in a fast paced, Orthopedic & Sports Medicine clinic, under the wings of a highly skilled manual physical therapist that taught him an immeasurable skill set.

Dusty practiced in an OP PT Orthopedic setting for many years, spending countless/invaluable hours treating patients through his eclectic evidence based approach including advanced manual therapy/hands on skills. He then began transitioning into home health Physical Therapy when his 2 daughters were born to allow him to be active in their life on a daily basis. While in home care, he noted that there was an extreme gap in the level of care/skill that was being delivered to the geriatric population on a consistent basis from various disciplines/HHA, especially with post op orthopedic PT.

In 2014, Dusty began working with Aviator Home Health as a Field Clinician, later that same year he was offered the job as Aviator's Director of Rehabilitation, an opportunity to build his own therapy team, spread his knowledge and treatment approaches on a bigger scale to more therapist's and solidify Aviator as having an Elite Therapy Team that ultimately will bring the patient the level of care they deserve in their home. This was due to his phenomenal treatment outcomes, extensive knowledge and experience in the field and most importantly, his rapport with a countless number of pts and many DFW orthopedic surgeons.

In January 2015, Dusty was then offered an opportunity to become a Co-Owner of Aviator Home Health. Since then, he has involved as a managing member of Aviator while still focusing on the Therapy Team. Since coming on with Aviator, Dusty has been responsible for bringing together, managing and training an elite staff of over 30 highly Skilled, Manual Based PT's along with Elite OT's and ST's. Together, with team Aviator's Eclectic, Manual PT approach, patients get better, faster. Dusty continues to see patients as needed but he spends majority of his time managing/training Aviator's Elite Therapy team to assure the patients continue to receive treatment from the highest skilled clinicians possible, with faster, less painful recovery times.

In his free time, Dusty enjoys spending time with his 2 young daughters, Bella Ryan, age 5 and Brynlee Anne, Age 2. Dusty also enjoys anything outdoors, baseball games and being with family.
